Race Pro - Xbox 360

Don't know how I missed this when it came out but picked up a used copy today just to see what it's like. First impressions are very good, the handling and car sounds are fantastic.

Anyone else play it?

the online side it is poor, and solo play mode offers no real challenge


but yes it plays and sounds great

Scrap that first post, better feel than f1, but fails at single player AI, which are on rails if your on there line they hit you (a bit like curryburns )

Multiplayer is good fun although a little buggy, could of.. should of but didnt deliver really.

I quite enjoy RacePro, although haven't played it for a few months. Its back on after F1 i think.

I dusted off my copy yesterday and found I'd barely played it when I first bought it so am working my way through it. I'm bored of F1 2010 already and sick of all the glitches so this'll tide me over until GT5 arrives, hopefully!

Great game.

Far better physics than Forza and the GT series.

If you get a good bunch online, you can can have some cracking races - very close and the cars don't fly off the track at 90 degrees should there be a bit of rubbing.

I love the street circuits.

I think it's ok, not great. For me the biggest interest is being able to race in series and on tracks that are usually over-looked e.g. F3000 at Pau or Macau.

The computer AI is pretty pants IMO and I'm not as sold on the handling as Asterix is, but then I've never driven a racing car so what do I know?

Not a bad little game and a worthy purchase if you can get it cheaply enough.
