Blackops for PC - best price?

I was under the impression all new PC games were around the £25 marker? So i got a shock when looking at Black Ops seeing that it is the same price as the console variants :|

Has anyone seen it for, lets say not as much? Cheapest i've found is £35 and i might as well just get it on the Console..

i wasn't paying much attention, but i think i read somewhere they have dedicated servers for pc use for playing online, think you have to pay to use em as well, console might be best
