ps3 wont connect to the playstation network!?

For some reason my ps3 is refusing to connect to the ps network, it goes online as in the regular internet connection but when you try to sign in to the playstation network it comes up with the error code 8002A240 and asks you to sign in even though you just did!? any ideas how to sort it?

I tried to sign in yesterday and it refused initially, instead a new terms & condition form popped up that needed agreeing to before it would sign in. Perhaps that's the issue.
Sign in manually and the new terms and conditions should pop up which you have to agree to or it won't let you on the network.

ahh, that could be it, i didnt get it popping up though, do you know how to get to it manually?

Exit out of any games, then try logging in through the PS3 menu...the T&C's should then popup
