I still haven't actually had the chance to join any online games yet, but I'm interested in reading your race threads and would like to join as a reserve where possible - so I've voted. Voting against the GTR though is only based on it being actually faster than all the other options - if it isn't noticeably so I don't see why it shouldn't be used.

will add you to the reserve list, this will be included on the front page of the GT5 Ch. thread when we do the final draft at the end of the week.

I'm 2 secs quicker in it round Laguna than ANY other 333hp per ton car, if I were in the GTR I feel quite comfortable in saying I could beat any other person of any talent in another car round the ring and I'm not that quick round the place, its not just fast in a straight line its ridiculously easy to drive, it has no negative traits to the way it handles, you dont have to dial out any understeer or oversteer from std it just performs straight out the box.

To be fair they've got it pretty well nailed in terms of performance in GT5, if you can, go and blag a drive in one somewhere, they make a driving god out of anyone wink

which is why I'm adding one to my real garage bounce

I wish! I'm only 22, with an enormous student debt to pay off. GT and model cars are as close as I'll be getting for a while. frown Still, I'm just starting to look at getting something that's actually interesting - so my real driving world won't be limited to shopping trollies for too much longer.

No permanent damage - too often it's someone else dishing out, rather than self induced.

No GTR - otherwise everyone will get them.

2 cars - 1 for each race - if that's possible ? Will the grid positions from R1 still be reversed for R2 if everyone changes car ?

If you change your car for the second race then we'll need a qualifying session for that round too.

I think making people use 2 different cars each week will be difficult to enforce and seriously confusing to organise...

Personally I'd suggest just sticking to a very simple 333/tonne rule, with a garage of 2 cars that you can chose either from for any race.

With R2 being reverse grid, it sounds like we have to use the same car for race 2 - so 1 car per week/track, from your choice of 2.

Ok guys, think it best to close this poll now, 14 have voted and I'm traveling the next couple of days so need to get the championship in order before the car choices come in on Friday. (hopefully everyone got the email, got your message Rex and sent back direct)
