Was round a mates the other day and the conversation turned to this particular game.

Did anyone else used to play it?

I know I was addicted for one!

Yep, I've had several accounts on there over the years. I was a fully paid member on there and only stoped playing about a year ago. Its a very simple but addictive game with a fairly good comunity. Its the game that introduced me to online gaming and I would still play it today if I had the time.

Oh god I used to play the original version, before all the 3d came along. Made some very high level friends. Think I got to about level 80 something. Forgot about the game, then my bosses lad bought my account off me a few years ago for 100 quid

Used to play it all the time, got up to a stupidly high level, but was always 2 or 3 below another guy at my school.... annoying.

Created an account waaaaaay back in 2001. Played until around 2003. Forgot about it. Logged in a few months agot to see whats changed and got dissapointed that free trade and the wildie had been abolished. But now its back....

I use it as a time waster now. if im getting pwnded on BC2 ill log into 'scape and troll noobs / catch some lobsters.

I would still be playing this, however when they took away the PVP wilde and also the no limits trading (so you could charge what you wanted when merchanting), I feel the game lost a huge part of it for me at least, and there was nothing left to do but crack on with your skills levels. Might have another look at it!

I remember finding this game the first day I had broadband. I was just going on everything possible to prove just how fast it really was and such a great advancement from Dial up. Found the game and ended up playing it for about 8 months staight before I got bored of it.

Might have another crack at it sometime.

just tried it, some had to attack some goblin, but could not find some missing kit

used mouse in right hand and then having to use arrow keys....

not my style of game
