How Seriously does PSN Take Grief Reports?

Hey guys

Some doosh sent my wife to be a random PSN message, no idea who he is but within the message was a rather amusing proposition followed by a full naked photo of himself.

Now the first thought that came to my head was send him a photo back of a bearded fat naked guy and tell him hell yeah!!
However the other half was quite shocked so ended up reporting it. Now the mail is attached to the grief report so I was just wondering how seriously Sony would take this as Xbox live just go "meh" at this kinda thing (although I dont think you can send photos with that)

Send him a message telling him you got kinky with his mum or sumit.
