Has OnLive expanded to the UK? I've just managed to log in on to their service.

Can anyone else test and see if they can get on?

I didnt think that was still being touted around. Have you subscribed then?
How much is it costing you?

Nowt, they have let US customers log into their service, you can either pay to rent/buy individual games or sign up to an all-you-can-play thing, but you can play most of the games for free for the first 30 minutes. I've been playing Darksiders and Alien v Predator since posting here, and managed to log in twice - so unless I've managed to get onto a US server they've probably made the closed beta server in Wales live perhaps...

I'm assuming I've accidentally managed to get onto a US server though - it initially complained of high latency but let me in anyway, and while the service runs like a dream (and looks bloody fantastic, if game-limited at this point) there is some lag in the controls - still playable but very noticeable.

I'm just amazed I'm in at all though - I've tried quite a few times to log in on the off chance for the last six months but today's the first time I've got in and I can't find anything on the net to say they've expanded to the UK - thought this might be a big deal which is why I asked if some PH'ers could also give it a go and see what their mileage is...

Looking at the menu options I see this...

'EULA'. So I must be on a European server, presumably the Welsh one?

Edited to add: though all the prices are in Dollars. Can anyone else get on?

The 'E' in EULA is for "End', not 'European'.

I've been using OnLine on my macbook for a few months now. It's alright, but I can't stand the input lag. It'll be a good service once they solve that, though.

Had a quick go with this - quite a good choice - graphics are ok - not a patch on a mid range gaming rig though. Controls weren't that bad - tiniest lag but playable.
