Used to love the 1st 2. Then they were bad till Deadly Alliance. Loving the new finish moves.

I think the last mortal kombat I played was on the sega megadrive when I was about 6/7?

I downloaded the demo the other week, I love it and will be buying it. Its very slick and well polished.

They're still making them? Last one I played was MK3 on the SNES (which was brilliant).

Agreed. I had not played this for many years. loved the first 2. I got to have a go last week at the gadget show and other than better graphics just found it to be more of the same. Surprised they can keep selling the same stuff over and over

But if you enjoy that then why not

Tempted to get this MK1 and 2 were fantastic then it went down hill fast. This felt just like the old ones with but with that modern feel.

I think it might drop in price after release though so will hang on

I'm just glad they've gone back to basics with it. They were still making decent fighting games but not up the standard of MKII!

I agree MK2 was the best of the lot. The only one that came close was Deadly alliance in my opinion as there was alot to it.
