Cheap track day camera.

In last years PPC £999 Challenge I bought a cheap camera to film the event and it was rubbish.....

...are much better quality. So I have bought one of these....

...I'll film some of my journey home and post it later to see if it's any better.

Have come up with the same idea recently, since my new phone will record in 720p HD and has a Carl zeiss lens. Some of the units I've seen in use by others haven't quite come up with as crisp an image.

Just wish that the phone had a standard camera mounting screw hold underneath as I have a good strong camera mount for externally mounted car filming, as I wouldn't trust the phone holder.

I don't think I've mounted it very well, there's a bit too much vibration
