Canon 550d right side of viewfinder out of focus

I've just had my 550d back from repair after a drop. I've tested everything, pictures are coming out fine, focus is fine but the viewfinder isn't focused properly.
The only thing I can think of is if the focus wheel for the viewfinder hasn't been put back in the middle. I'm as far left as I can go with it and only the left side of the viewfinder is in focus.

If I point my camera at the screen where it says "photography & video" with the text to the left of the viewfinder it is crystal clear. In the middle its slightly blurred and on the right hand side its unreadable.

There is a screw in the centre of the focusing wheel itself. Is it just a case of taking that out and readjusting the wheel?

Sounds like the focus screen hasnt been put in properly, contact the repairers.

Is that the case even if live view is working fine with no distortion on the screen?

Live view feeds directly off the sensor.

The viewfinder is bounced off the mirror (well 2 mirrors in the 550d, then onto the focus screen.

Balls! Guess its going off again then. Do you think it would be fair for me to demand this to be done free of charge?

It wasn't actually that far but the camera landed with the card flap side taking the impact and it landed on an edge.
Lens and screen were even ok!
