CF to SD card adapter

Anyone recommed a good CF to SD card adapter for my 7D?

Also is eye fi worth the extra cash over a another sd card?

Well i would be eventually as I will buy an ipad.

I here it will talk to the ipad so that isnt a problem. I need the adapter first and was looking for a recommedation.

Also i have a small cannon camera takes sd cards, as does my laptop, so it be easier to have say 3-4 sd cards or the wi fi one than have to have cf and sd cards all the time
