The possibilities of D3x/s and or D700 replacements were being punted as announcements on 24th, i.e. tomorrow.

Although it turns out that the announcement looks set to be for an AW100 camera - shame.

I'm really itching to blow my meagre savings on the D4 or D800 when it's available!

I know nout. 24th Aug was supposed to be the big D4 launch... I've had an order in for a while, but didn't expect to see the camera this side of Christmas.

I'll buy it whenever it comes out as my accountant says it'll be a good move (I LOVE this accountant).
