No 2 has nice style and composition - I could see that as an advert for something in Cosmo etc.

Next week: swimwear

imho no. 2 is almost an excellent photo. T he abscence of eyes make it very evocative; excellent clarity on the white of the glasses.
Maybe some hair to give it movement and excitement.
Imo, much better in B&W. Although the straight line of the earing seems strange with the tilt of the picture.
No ive changed my mind....take off the glasses and lets see the eyes to give it soul and feeling.
Good looking person, it is a woman right? sorry never can be too sure nowadays and there is something about the curl in the edge of the lips.....something almost too naughty.
Very good though.

Thanks for the comments guys... The earring is like that because it was pretty windy. I noticed it afterwards when it was too late.

It is a woman. Correct. lol.

Cheers!

Ah - I thought you'd rotated the pic for better effect! Still, to corrupt an advert: 'For everything else there's PhotoShop'....

I used photoshop for the b&w conversion, but not for the crop.

you only looked at the 2nd picture, didn't you?
but seriously, I like the second picture. The first one doesn't "say" a lot, IMO, but the second one has character and I think it's a great picture if it actually reflects the person's personality.
