Photo strip Software

Not sure if photo strip is the correct name but I'm after some freebie software or a PS guide for creating a strip of a sequence of four or five photos and outputting it as one jpeg file, ideally presented as an old film roll or something similarly tacky!

Any ideas? I'm cack at photoshop but can normally follow a tutorial, just can't find anything on google.

If you've got PS already then you can download an "action" that will do what you describe
