October Photography Competition - The Results!

Wow! Tough month to judge!
The standard of all the entries was very high this month so congratulations and a big thank you to everyone that entered, it never ceases to amaze me that a motoring forum has such an amazing collection of photographers.
Without further ado, on to my top three.
In third place baz7175:

A technically very good photo and an all round excellent product shot. Well done Baz.
In second place McMacro:
I love this shot, it's very simple and yet manages to convey so much feeling. Brilliant Neil.
And finally, October's finest and winner of the hardest job on PH is ...

Brilliant photo Iain, I love the detail and depth in this image as well as the perfectly controlled exposure and even the slightly disorientating off-centre composition. Your whole series of London night photographs has been of superb quality and this is truly one of your finest.
Incidentally, my former semi-professional photographer and long-time camera club chairman father is staying with me at the moment and I asked him how he would judge this months comp and he gave me three completely different shots, it just goes to show that everyone has their own tastes.
So there you go, it's now over to Iain to set November's competition, I hope it's as hard for him to judge as it has been for me.
