Camera advice - compact with changeable lens?

I am after a relativly small compact digital camera with possibly an interchangeable lens. Any views from anyone or options, have been looking at the Nikon 1 J1, Panasonic GF3, Olympus pen but am unsure and would be grateful of any views etc.

I am after something relativly compact that can possibly slip into a pocket when out walking and is not too big. Currently have a Nikon P100 which is too bulky and most of the time is left behind.

Any ideas or advice

Nikon 1's have the smallest sensor and best AF. Dont seem any less bulky than the MTF camera tho.
