Sorry for the delay in publishing the results!!

By a whisker, Cancer research has come out on top. As it was so close then splitting the cash could be ok however if the proceeds are low then there is not much point.

I would suggest using the challenge winners as the months photos but the submissions to the monthly comp seem so much greater. Anyone care to share their views as this is by the collective, for the collective.

Why not use December 2011 - November 2012 as the competitions to choose from and then set up a vote for the 24 winners from both the challenge and the competition, top vote gets the cover, next 12 get the months?
