Can I recover a deleted video?

Yes, I am a 'tard!
I deleted a video I'd recorded on a SanDisk memory stick Pro Duo, is there a way I can "un-delete" it?
(If it can be done I need step by step instructions, cos I be a bit t'ick)
The video isn't worth anything moneywise, but as its of an uncle telling a story about his life I would like to get it back.

As long as you haven't used the stick since deleting the video, there's a very good chance that Recuva or Photorec will get it back. Just follow the instructions that come with them.

It might still be there, but the chances of successful recovery are reduced. Both products are free, so all it will cost you is a bit of time.

Cheers, will try & get it sorted. I don't mind spending a bit of time, or a few quid retrieving it, the alternative is going back to Skye & getting him to retell it
