The same price as the cheapest available 7D body only is advertised for. In essence you get the lens free. Looks like a good deal to me.

It's still on the Argos site. It's certainly a mistake - they're selling the camera WITHOUT the lens for £176.19 more than with it

That seems remarkably cheap, already have a DSLR and several lenses so can't warrant ordering this kit. Will be interested to see if people get it at this price, should hopefully go through for them.

Tesco made a similar error a few months back with something they were advertising at the wrong price,they quickly corrected their mistake but those who ordered at the wrong price whilst it was advertised got the deal. This might be a similar situation.
Now if another retailer would just like to advertise a 500mm f/4 with the decimal point moved a bit to the left...

No, it's still the same £1,033.80 but it's now showing as out of stock. Spoke to them today to go through their anti-fraud shenanigans and the money's been taken from my credit card (not just reserved but actually charged). Delivery expected on Friday. I can't believe it

Just had a look and its still priced at £1033 but no stock (must have had a lot of orders ) Tempted to get one and resell on ebay, there must be some profit in that Body only is £1210, mkaes no sense

For comparison is one bought separately the 7D body is available as a "refurb" from the Canon Outlet on eBay for £750. The e15-85 EF-S at Wex is £512 after cash back so probably not much less than that elsewhere imported.

So the net best price otherwise available would be in the order of £1,262 buying from 2 sources. Maybe a tad less for an imported lens. The Argos £766 saving has to be a good deal.

I dived in on Sunday night after seeing this thread.
Had the security call from Argos today, money taken from card.

Just checked website which now has it for £1522.69, if you click full details it now states:

"* Please note item 5775495 has previously been on sale at 1033.80" at the bottom of the page.

Just waiting for it to turn up now
