Astronomical scopes

Looking to spend no more than £80 and have found loads. Said telescope needs to be connected to a laptop for viewing purposes, not for control. So....

A/ How is the scope connected to the laptop? USB?
B/ How do I find scopes that have this type of connectivity?

Have looked at Saxon and Celestron but the specs don't give me this info.

To be able to view what the telescope can see on a laptop, you are going to need to attach a camera, and it's the camera that then connects to the computer. Frankly, if your budget for the telescope is £80 I wouldn't bother, as most telescopes in that price range are rather small with a relatively flimsy tripod or scope mount, which means the image displayed on a computer screen probably won't be that steady.

So what should the budget be? And what sort of kit do I need bud?

I realize that the resolution is not fantastic by any stretch, but budget is limited and the set up is to get a "flavour" of what can be achieved!
