Which video camera?

Hi

I'm looking for a video camera, preferably less than £150 that does full HD recording so 720p, or 1080p, it will be used in places like London for supercars, and the videos need to be good enough for Youtube. I would like them to have good sound quality and not too blurry.

Any suggestions?
