Af to A type Adapter

Having just bought a Nikon And wishing to use my konica Lenses, can you get these adapters?

If so any recommendations

Can't see it being that easy. Body depth of the Nikon will be greater. It will only be good for close-up work unless it contains a lens too.

I was thinking that with an adapter the Konica lenses I have would be ok to use? manual zoom, or would it be the focus that would be the issue?

The lenses would not be able to focus on any distant objects unless the "adapter" incorporated an additional lens. Like being short-sighted.

right now I understand. So I would have thought that a adapter would could with this lens otherwise it's not worth buying something like this
