Help with EPS or AI format

Hi guys,

I have posted this over in the tech forum, but on the off chance is anyone here familiar with EPS or AI format?

I need artwork for a logo design in this format to get it embroidered, according to my supplier. They don't have the facility to do it, so I'm hoping someone here could help me out. Essentially its an image with some text below.

Your supplier wants EPS or AI files but they don't have to software to make such files...? What do they open them with?

They are Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator files.
