Speedlite for Canon 650D

I've reached the point where I want to buy a flash.

I've seen the Canon Speedlites and can't justify spending £300+.

Can anyone recommend a 3rd party flash that will support the wireless sync from my 650D. I don't want a flash that can be triggered with the camera's flash as there maybe times when I just want to use it off camera on it's own.

Seen the Jessops 360AFD and a couple of Yongnuo's but I'd appreciate some advice.

I mainly want to use it for portrait photography.

Looking to spend no more than £80-100, new or used.
