Batch resize 1 pic to different sizes

I need to batch resize folders full of images to multiple different sizes, e.g. 1024*768 , 800*600 and 640*480

Something like ReaConverter would be ideal, however that is PC only and I'm using a mac.

I currently have Photoshop CS6 if that helps.

Try File>Scripts>Image Processor

Not used it myself but it seems that's what it does...

Or create an action if you want additional steps like sharpening, adding a logo, etc.

Capture One Pro can do that in batches, you can get 30 days free trial, just set up different output recipes.

That's easy in photoshop and there are a lot of tutorials for batch processing.

One other interesting option in OSX is folder actions using Automator. You can create a folder on your desktop that when you drag photos onto it it will resize and save them. It's clever and a very useful tool

Yep, Automator is definitely the best choice for this sort of thing.
