What small video camera to film squash games?

Hi All
I'm looking for a decent quality video camera to film squash games.
The lens needs to be a little wider than normal, as I have a normal camera (with vide function) that I have been using and it doesn't cover the entire court.
HD type quality would be great!
I'm looking for something cheap, and will most likely buy something used as it will bouncing around in a kit bag.
I have a tiny tripod (one of the 4 inch or so mini ones) that I would like to rest it on.
I'd be very grateful for some guidance.
