Think it was only CS2 as they were stopping support of it IIRC.
A google search later, I found this...http://www.gizmodo.co.uk/2013/01/grab-photoshop-an...
Reading the updates on the article, I suppose its no longer available...

So effectively giving it away for free as it didn't need to be registered to work.
Tis no longer for free, though, correct? So effectively giving it away for free as it didn't need to be registered to work.
If they wanted people to buy the latest version, why dont they just move to Amsterdam and include a free cubic foot of weed cellophane wrapped to the underneath every box of photoshop. Weed grows on trees after all...
Then apply the same sales technique with the Chinese/Rice, the Americans/Donuts, and the British can have a stamp card, which, when stamped after 100 purchases of fish and chips (both grow in either the sea or under ground, for free) comes with a copy of photoshop.

Terrible lack of clarity, or a marketing stint on some level, I wonder out loud...I tried it on my Windows laptop, but didn't rate it much. I think Gimp and Faststone are much better apps and both free. Out of the two, I prefer Faststone, it converts RAW files and is really excellent. I recently moved to Mac, but sadly Faststone isn't compatible with Mac. I have decided to wait and have a look at Aperture 4, which should be released before the end of the year, until then, I shall just use DPP for RAW and Gimp for other work.
