Picture editing advice

Hi guys

I took these pics this week, I was using a panasonic lumix tz27 on panorama setting.
I know that taking pictures of the sun is the reason for the reflection in the photo.



I don't have photo shop and have used windows live photo gallery in the past but it is only good for basic editing

Feck I should have been more clear
I am wanting to get rid of the white blocks across the center of the photo

The obvious way to try and fix it is by 'cloning' the problem bits out... not sure if your software has a clone feature. Trouble is there is so much over exposure going on it would take a long time to get a half decent result.

Yes, it seems like lots of cloning and dodging. If you have other pictures from the same scene, you can also copy from these images and paste into the correct position.

That's a tricky edit. I'd leave the pic as it is. I don't think the flares compromise the shot too much.

Does the panorama setting take separate pictures for you to stitch together, or automatically produce the panoramic image in the camera?

this is 5 minutes in, learn to use photoshop, or gimp if you don't have access to photoshop... You can really do some cool stuff with photoshop.
