Apologies if done before, couldn't find on search...
I saw Brian May (of Queen) on TV the other day , talking about his latest 3d photo book which is about to be released. Sounded interesting so I purchased ' A Village Lost and Found', by Brian & Elena Vidal. Stereoscopic pictures from the 1850s. What a wonderful thing, the best £20 something Ive ever spent. 3d images and research of the subjects from another age. I guarantee you'll love it!!

Yep, I have an original stereoscopic viewer and some of the cards that went with it.
My father bought it somewhere, and in the 1970s he experimented with stereo photography by making his own illuminated viewer and a tripod mount with a sliding section that allowed a TLR to move from left to right to take the pair. From that he made his own prints and stereo cards. I still have all of it.
