GoPro Video of my track day today!
Discussion
Well, i took my GoPro on track with me for the first time in just over a year and the results are.. Well.... Better to post the video!

I actually recorded several more videos, but for some strange reason my gopro only saved (or more than likely) overwrote the majority.. Leaving me with about 3 useful videos. Has anyone else suffered from this?

GO pro suck imo the V3 is a fail of a unit with no customer support.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xmoq4oNYBc

now the new one is out 3+ which is said to work but where does that leave V3 owners with units which are not fit for purpose
also no IS on these units so every film is jumpy, nothing pro about the company imo, I am amazed they sell so well at these high prices.

The V3 or the Hero 3 as you call it is VERY stable since the last update (end of July 2013), however, there are many people still using inferior memory cards, in particular SanDisk, who produced a Class10 Ultra card (which GoPro recommended) but which didn't meet Class10 standards and therefor caused the problems associated with the Hero 3.
To be fair to GoPro, it was SanDisk who caused the issue and it was only a firmware update that resolved it.
In a nutshell, if you use any memory card other than the ones GoPro now recommend on their website, the bitrate will be reduced to compensate for the lower quality/speed memory cards, even the new SanDisk Extreme cards.
