What shutter speed was the Porsche/Subaru moving one taken at?

And yourself chap, thanks. This is from memory so may be inaccurate but as a general rule I shot the ones from the start line @ 1/125

Exactly what I have found best at race meetings too.
If I ever get a site to host pics I'll share some!

What camera/lens were you using?

Im still downloading the very vvery heavy thread to view the others at the moment.
they are excellent shots, especially considering what a dull day it was.

great pics well done , i have to say i would never have thought of red as a good choice on the SL but having seen it now it looks outstanding in Red

Exceeded daily bandwidth on the site, seems the pics were a bit too popular. Should be back online tommorrow.
I'd done a couple of 'spot colour' shots, one of your favourite methods I understand.
