Quick framing question

I've got a 40x30" photo through the Photobox offer awhile back that I'm thinking about getting framed as a Christmas present for someone. Is this doable in a presentable way for around £40 or does that budget put me into the range of self framed B&Q products?

Do you have an outlet of 'The Range' near you? Decent looking and very affordable frames in standard sizes.

You won't get a bespoke framer jobbie for £40.
