Nice!

I assume photoshop offers a way to "feather" the edge of the selected area so you don't get a harsh line between the colour and the greyscale area?

I only ask because in the past I've carved images up in Paint Shop, and always got too much of an obvious line.

Guess it's time to hit the learning curve in photoshop!

But where does she wear it?

Like the shot - must start experimenting with my camera too...

Mrs S discovered a new way of doing spot colour, it's a hell of a lot easier than previous selection methods..

Select All
Copy
Paste
Desaturate layer
Use eraser tool to "bring back" the colour from the layer underneath,
Flatten Image when finished

I was amazed at how easy it was...

Aha.... it all becomes clear...

Might give that a go later. I've been wanting to graduate from bodging stuff together in Paint Shop to doing it with a bit more panache in photo shop.... Looks like now might be the time!

Cheers Slinky. It's a lot easier than the methods I've used in the past.

Always something to leanr in PS.
