Any Hertfordshire area photographers free at the weekend?
Discussion
I'm looking for someone to help out with some dynamic shots for a road test in the Hertfordshire area this weekend (probably Saturday morning). I only need fairly basic panning shots, but you'd be welcome to try out any other ideas.
I can't offer any money, but your photos will be published on the i-Piston site (http://www.i-piston.com/) and you will, of course, be credited.
Please drop me a PM if you're interested. I've done this with PHers a couple of times before and it's always been a good laugh. You'll also get to have a good nose round one of the latest hot hatches.

I'm by no means a car photographer and I haven't photographed any for about 2 years (I primarily shoot portraiture) but if I'm free on Saturday, I may be able to help you out depending on where you are/will be.
To confirm, by panning, do you literally mean free hand panning or are you actually after some rig shots?
All of these shots are over 2 years old, but here are the few I have done before:

I'd like to think I've improved somewhat over those 2 years, but I can't confirm that's the case.

I am around on Saturday morning (but need to be in central london for around 5pm - I live in Edgware, 2 mins from the M1) and Sunday, as long as you don't need any rig shots I could help. I am by no means a pro but have a look through my flickr and decide if the work is up to the standard you require - http://www.flickr.com/photos/janesyb/sets

Looks like I've now got a willing volunteer thanks gents. Don't suppose anyone has any location suggestions in the area? Done a search and possibilities included:

I passed both of those yesterday. I'd suggest a third nearby though:Shuttleworth Collection, Old Warden (52.090239, -0.322629)

Massive old hangers, if the sky is either clear or heavily overcast I'd say there's a lot of potential there. You can get closer than the location I've linked but a) don't be deceived by StreetView, those hangers are massive and b) you may be able to get on site if you ask (I've never tried.)
And...well, just look at the shape of the site on Google Maps - it's got other 'charms'

Had a nose on Streetview. Sounds like an interesting company.
We didn't go to the hangers in the end, went for some more traditional shots in the lanes around Meppershall.
