Really stupid LR question

I've got three photo's that I want to turn into a vertical stack - not layered, just one on top of the other with a simple black border. I can't work out how I'd do it though. Can it be done in LR5?

I'm on the point of doing it in MS Paint but I'm sure it must be doable in LR?

If it was PS I'd open one, increase the canvas size 3x vertically, copy and paste the other two images in, adjust as required, merge layers and Save As.

Sadly I have no idea how LR works. Even when I tried it I had no idea how it worked.

I really am useless at this sort of stuff. PP I can muddle through, but something as simple as this...

I've gone to Elements instead. Canvas size pretty well sorted but when copying and pasting I want to free align the images as I paste them in, but the only thing I move is the selection box - rather than the contents. Puzzled, and feeling very rusty around Elements since picking LR up.

You need to use the print module and create a custom layout with the 3 cells to hold the 3 pictures.
Then in the print job section set it to print to jpeg instead of printer

Ah. Cheers. Will give that a bash tomorrow for practice sake - I sorted a version in Elements in the end. Came out at 65MB for 3 photo's (taken on a smart phone with each image coming out at 7MB) so some further messing with output file size have created something more social media friendly. It's only a series of snapshots, nothing serious, but I really do need to get my head in the tutorials. Me point flashy end at people, it go click.

ETA: Facebook has a max image size of 25MB. Yet it's not accepting 20MB or 15MB versions of the file.

Does Elements have layers? (look for a layer window). Select the layer you wish to move, then use the move tool or arrow keys to nudge. Shouldn't need a selection box; if there is one, deselect it (Ctrl-D for me) then move the image.
