E-p3 and seems to include a free Olympus 40-150mm Micro Four Thirds Lens
I'm considering a moving into Micro4/3 from point and shoot. Size is important.

Never used one I'm afraid, but a full review here - http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/olympusep3/
With regards to four-thirds, depends what you want from a larger camera? The sensor size is still a fair bit smaller (and squarer) than a normal APS-H DSLR: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Sensor_sizes_ov...

It's OK but not a mind-blowing deal. The EP3 uses the old Olympus sensor (made by Panasonic) so there is a slight difference to the newer models which use the Sony sensor. But it's a nice step up from a point-and-shoot anyway.
I'd recommend the EPL-5 over it, which is cheaper on Amazon and has the newer sensor. The 40-150 has an older version (which is cheaper, but same quality, although has a dated look) which can be gotten relatively cheaply second hand on eBay.

There is a good comparison here: http://snapsort.com/compare/Olympus-E-P3-vs-Olympu...

That's a killer link thanks Mr Will. I shall digest it and spit out a decision. Just the onboard flash issue that puts me off the PL5, but it's not much of a problem.(scroll all the way down to get to the details - the grey bar isn't the bottom)
Buying new rather than second hand is also v attractive for the PL 5.

Glad you found it helpful Buying new rather than second hand is also v attractive for the PL 5.

One more thing to point out, the PL5 does not have a built in flash but instead comes with one in the box that you can clip on the top if/when required.
