Hi I have just got a Canon 650d and the RAW/TIFF files are not recognised by Photoshop.
Tried downloading a convertor from Adobe, but still no joy.

I have a feeling I've not downloaded it correctly, but more likely the system/software/hardware is not talking to each other.

Use MacBook Pro, OSX 10.8.5, with a Canon 650d and running CS3 Photoshop Extended. I think this may be the problem.
Have used a Canon 1ds MK2 and that all works fine, but that of course is a much older system camera that is probably more compatible with CS3.

Is there a particular solution to this problem? I've looked till everything looks the same and have got a bit confused, which does not take much.

Thanks in advance

Cheers I've just sorted it out.

The way you select what file or folder you want converted is not that clear, but I think I was being a bit thick thinning I knew what to do, instead of reading what it said on the screen.

Thanks for prompt replies.

Info for anyone else;
I went to Adobe's site, made sure the download was for a Canon 650d AND for a Mac, and away I went. It is a DNG converter, for CR2 files.
