Time Lapse Camera for Home Extension

Just about to start large extension on home and thought would be great to have a time lapse video made of building process.

Any ideas which camera would be best.

The Brinno Construction Camera seems a good idea, but will use for the build.

Or GoPro cameras, offer a similar facility on their products.

I have kept a Nikon D200 purely to use for time lapse, it has a good intervalometer has a mains unit available for it, is has good weather protection and if it is nicked it's not the end of the world.
