Yes - quite interesting.

LR has lots of useful info: I used it very specifically to work out which lenses needed to be sold and which (secondhand) to chase after in 2008.

Didn't need a fancy pie chart to do it, mind!

Interesting indeed. Suspect I would need to upgrade from Lightroom 2 to use it though!

Ben - try going to Library > Library Filter > Metadata.

i'm pretty sure it will allow you to filter on things like focal length or aperture as well as which camera. I'm sure that I would have been on LR 2 back in 2008. You can certainly do this now in 5.

But it may be that a plug-in doesn't have to have the latest version - i.e. the data's always been there, it's just a matter of finding it.

ETA - screen shot in LR5...

That is brilliant, great find. quite interesting to see my most used shutter speed, lot slower than I expected given my usual genre of pics.

Thanks

Cheers, didn't know it could do that! Apparently my most common shutter speed (at least since I got this computer late last year) is 1/200. biggrin Cheap thrills.
