Bought a camera today!

As I am a complete and utter luddite re photography and cameras I got myself a Canon A95. The Auto function takes great snaps and then there are lots of settings to play with when I get more confident.

Went to Jessops in Mansfield who (almost) pricematched Amazon. They also let me take some pics inside and outside and processed some so I could see the results. Less than inspiring subjects, the market place on a dreary day and some local chavs outside Maccy D's but the quality is excellent for a snappy.

Hope I can post some interesting snaps soon, although I strongly suspect the gods and goddesses who lurk on this forum will have nothing to worry about for at least the next decade!
