I am getting into astrophotography more and more (time permitting), and there are so many beautiful photos out there.
Here is my latest, from the CSIRO radio telescope in Parkes, Australia.
It's about 5 hours west of Sydney, and the sky is unbelievably bright with stars, with zero light pollution.
This is 180 shots, 30 seconds each for the sky, and a 1 second shot for the foreground. I used magic lantern for the intervalometer.

That's a very nice shot. It's something I'd like to get into but I'm not sure I have the patience for the repeated shots, and I don't think I can use anything external on my camera to automate it.
To establish the other end of the scale, here's a photo of the ISS passing over a few weeks ago. Ten eight-second exposures as it rises from the west. The stars are starting to move, I didn't knock the camera.
