Some shots I took yesterday of Bovingtons Market Garden reenactment, awesome day out!

It opened with a ground attack run of a P-51 Mustang

Some German Armour rolling in

Red Devils overhead

German Assault

Followed by a Brit response

Finally the Germans Counter Attack

From 1944 they wore German Field Grey which is actually green lol.

All the holywood films showing them in grey during D-day etc were wrong.

Looks like fun! Few focusing issues there I think? The 5th pic is the only one which is properly sharp.

And the helmets? Those look more like paratrooper or US helmets.

Saw your other post... you really need to sort your focussing issue out.

Ta for the pics though.

Yeah annoyingly the lens I was using was manual focus, and whilst they looked good on camera they wern't as sharp as they should have been....damn my crap eye sight lol.

Need to save up for an auto focus one.

Yep - very hard to focus manually for stuff that's moving about! Fine for landscape shots but otherwise too tricky for most smile

With the exception of frame five, at a quick glance the lack of sharpness looks more like a case of camera movement rather than a focus problem.
