After a low price video tripod, which one?

Have a small Panny HD Camera HC-V510 and after a tripod

Velbon seem to have low price tripods, two I have seen in the Videomate series and the DF Series

The Videomate had a fluid head but uncertain of the DF series. Is a fluid head very important.

I will be sooting mainly motorsport

Any other brands or suggestion would also be helpful
