Photo Sharing for Family

First time on this forum so be gentle with me.

I'm looking to set up an online photo gallery where my extended family could share old family photos.

It needs to be easy to use (some are young but some aren't and can barely use technology).
I'd rather they didn't have to 'sign up' for anything painful like Facebook or whatever, just for this.
I'd like it to be private and secure.
After initial setup, I don't want to be an administrator - it should really owned by all members.
It should be fairly future proof - I don't want the provider to go bust or close down suddenly.
Ideally it should be free - I can't imagine their being huge amounts of images, but I suppose I could be wrong.
I do have a OneDrive account but that brings everything back to me again, which I'd like to avoid.
Err - that's all I can think of.

Try Dropbox, all can use it, no real admin required except for setting up folders and all can contribute images.

Thanks for the suggestions. Lirdy looks like it's going to be the one that fits my needs the best.
I doubt I'd have ever found it myself.
