On a tour of an RNLI station today I noticed they had some rather fancy binoculars and noted they were made by Bynolyt. Never heard of them so did a little research and found they were Sea Rangers: http://www.bestbinocularsreviews.com/bynolyt-binoc...
I was fully expecting them to be in the £1,000 region as you'd expect the RNLI to have good stuff, but to my surprise they're <£200. They seemed to focus on both near and far objects without twiddling a wheel, which surprised me. http://www.binoculars-expert.co.uk/brands/bynolyt
Has anyone heard of Bynolyt and how do they compare with the likes of Nikon and Swarovski?
