Bit of a Mum's Net question biggrin

Does anyone have any recommendations for online photo printing suppliers?

Looking for a company that you can send the digital photos to and they do a decent job of printing them and posting them to you.

I've used Jessops before but found the quality hit and miss.

Anyone used a good company?

Christ, I haven't printed any photos for a good number of years!

In the 90's, used to process a film roll most weeks (cost a fiver iirc). The shop closed and became a barbershop.

Have used Jessops (and similar online outfits) in the past too. No idea what they're like now, sorry.

I've Used Loxley in the past but had a large print done via Photobox recently. Can't complain about the results. Pretty sure I've had a heap of small photos done via Photobox in the past.

Is it small standard sized snaps or larger images to frame?

A bit of both really - some snaps and some bits to frame. Obviously the snaps are less important but it would be great to find a single supplier who could handle both.

I used Photobox in the past but I've been using Loxley recently and I'm very happy with them. Results are consistent (Photobox are good but can be hit & miss) and top quality.

We recently used Lidl Photos to print all our wedding photos. Approx 500 in 6x4 plus a few extra in larger sizes for around £60. Delivered quickly and can't complain about the quality, printed on Kodak paper if I recall.

DS Colour Labs all day long. My only complaint would be the £4.80 P&P charge regardless of order size. Quality and service superb though.

,+1 or lonely a close second. I found photo box to offer a good deal but quality is varied.
