Just drove from Monterey to LA on Pacific Coast Highway (WHAT A DRIVE!!!!) and I thought it would be nice to try something new apart from usual photo/video.

It's not as straight forward as I thought. Starting from getting the settings right, to mounting the camera (Sony Action Cam) so it can be charged (PITA), then importing 1900 photos and adjusting them in iMovie.

I liked it though and have few ideas for next time to improve it smile

Would be better with the camera positioned where it can see the road.

All the other videos of that road show... well, the road smile
I actually wanted it to be equally about me. Ideally I would position it slightly higher but couldn't attach it to anything in a convertible and couldn't even use the case since I had to charge it (I wedged it under the headrest and supported with few biscuits smile ) . That's the problem - I need it higher but need to be able to close the roof if I need to leave the car and I don't want to move it so it will stay in exactly the same position...
That's the plan for when I get home - I will butcher one of the waterproof casings so I will have a tripod attachment AND ability to charge it at the same time.
