Free software for video editing - for redubbing
Discussion
Is there any free software out there, easy to use that is, that can let me dub alternate voices?
There's a corporate Q&A video that I have got in MP4 format and some of the answers given to the interviewer "need" me to dub on alternate responses - I'm just not sure what software to use - Can anyone advise at all?
Thanks

Final Cut Pro I think would work, and I think Windows Movie Maker would be able to do it as well from what I remember of my nephew and his Minecraft videos.
The implications of what you're doing however need a closer look at, but I guess you're aware of it in the way you've phrased the requirement
