Outdoor IP Camera recommendation

I know this isn't really the kind of camera discussed here, but maybe someone knows...
I'm looking for a camera to point at our driveway. Will be outdoors but under cover, so it should be able to withstand winter temperatures, but hopefully not too much rain will reach it.
Should be good enough quality to recognise faces from about 5 metres away and should be easy to view the feed over our network (and if possible, over internet). And it should have IR for night vision.
Budget... Is it possible to stick to two figures? Can go over £100 if no choice.
I don't want to look like a drug dealer though, if possible. So needs to be something more subtle than this:
