cheap helmet cam for skiing trip

I'm looking for a cheap-ish helmet cam, in a go pro style, but not looking to spend as much. Its a Christmas present (stocking filler) so if its not going to get much use, I don't want to spend a lot on one.

Does anyone have any recommendations? ideally, 1080 and wifi/Bluetooth control from an android phone would be on the wish list.
